Hello there,
My name is Mrs. Hird and I am the new Kindergarten and Nursery School teacher. At the present time, there are 8 Kindergarten students and we are expecting 13 Nursery School students. This means we will have a full room and lots of activities and fun things happening.
We will begin will shapes and colours. The month of September is starting the first of the 7 Teachings - this is respect. My students will learn about respect and learn how it is important to show respect for others. We have five classroom rules and these include:
1.) Listen to the teacher and T.A.
2.) Raise your hand
3.) Keep you hands and feet to yourself
4.) Do your work to the best of your ability
5.) Be kind
I am enjoying learning about my new students and I know we will have a great year!
